Return Process

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Slide Jewels velvet pouch and box to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
